My quail lay too many eggs for our family to eat each day. Quail eggs are similar to chicken eggs in taste, and can be eaten or used as an ingredient in the same dishes. They also are the perfect size for pickling, making rave-worthy horderves, and are an ingredient in some more exotic dishes. And they’re cute! The quail are raised humanely – no wire floors. They eat a great feed, and get plenty of healthy, fresh treats. The eggs are unwashed, so they still have their bloom (protective coating). Eggs are for pick-up only, in Willmar, MN, and will not be shipped. Contact me via phone or e-mail after purchasing to schedule a pick-up time. Plan to pick them up soon, for freshness.
