Flu season is perma cringe season. Being in any public space is like wandering through a zombie apocalypse. Coughs and sneezes are all around, and there is a lack of the use of hygiene (and courtesy!) basics.

Bird Watching
Spring is great for bird watching, in Minnesota. Sibley State Park, in New London, offers a variety of settings in which to watch wildlife. On my latest visit to the park, red winged blackbirds ruled the reeds.
